Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@summerchicwomen.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@summerchicwomen.com and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, postal services, carriers, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and the damaged item. We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
